Elín Hall

In the award winning play 9 Líf and the feature Kuldi

Elín Hall is primarily known for her lead role in the award winning movie Let me Fall (2018) by Baldvin Z’s which she received an Edda nomination from the Icelandic Film & TV Academy for her portrayal of the young troubled teenager Magnea.

Most recently Elín starred in Erlingur Óttar’s thriller Kuldi, a film adaption of Yrsa Sigurðardóttir’s novel.

Elín also starred in Sagafilm´s television series Case (2015) as Elva Dögg and the documentary film Out of Thin Air (2017) as Erla Bolladóttir.

Elín graduated from the Icelandic Academy of the Arts with a BA in 2022.

Elín has a strong background in classical ballet training at the National ballet school in Iceland and later l’École supérieure de ballet du Québec in Canada. In Montreal she partook in a performance conducted by the Cirque du Soleil in 2013.

Elín is a music writer and performer and has released two albums and singles.
